- review the Statement of Adjustments and the accompanying trust letter from the
vendor's solicitor to ascertain that all figures are accurate and the trust conditions
can be met
- meet with you to explain and execute your purchase documents
- attending at the Land Titles Office to register the Transfer of Land, the
mortgage and any other required documents
- reporting to the mortgage lender and requesting mortgage advance and paying the
cash to close to the vendor's solicitor
- to reporting to you, the purchaser

- contact you, the Vendor, to discuss the transaction including ascertaining if a
new Real Property Report is to be ordered and if a mortgage is to be paid out,
which branch is dealt with
- preparing the Transfer of Land, Statement of Adjustments and ancillary sale
documents
- meet to explain the transaction and attend to execution of documents
- forward the documents to the purchaser's solicitor and on closing,
receive the cash to close and to disburse same
- dealing with realtor to authorize release of keys
- to reporting to you, the vendor.
